Panagiotis is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice before the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2013. With over a decade of litigation experience, he practices in Commercial and Civil Law, with particular specialisation in Insolvency Law, Corporate and Banking Law, Commercial Contracts, Intellectual Property and Sports Law. He handles both court representation and the provision of legal advisory services to businesses and individuals.
He is a licensed Insolvency Administrator and an Accredited Mediator, registered in the respective registries. He maintains a long-standing cooperation with financial institutions and also serves as legal counsel to commercial companies.
He regularly publishes studies and case-law commentary in the legal press on Corporate and Insolvency Law matters, and has lectured at professional seminars on Commercial Law.
He is a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace Law School with a degree of "Excellent" and holds a Master's Degree in Business and Labour Law from the same School, also with a grade of "Excellent."
