Dimitris primarily practices as a corporate advisory lawyer, focusing on corporate, commercial and financial transactions, combining legal expertise with commercial acumen. Prior to founding the Firm, Dimitris worked in Greece for a Greek systemic financial institution and abroad for the European Central Bank (European Systemic Risk Board), as well as in the international lending department of a well-known law firm in Frankfurt, and has been charting his own course since 2021. Dimitris draws on his extensive experience in corporate and financial law to deliver targeted, practical solutions.

Dimitris is dual-qualified, admitted as a Solicitor of the Law Society of England and Wales (2023) and a member of the Athens Bar Association (2019). He holds an LL.M. in Finance Law from the Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe University Frankfurt am Main (2020), an LL.M. in Civil Law and Modern Financial Transactions from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2018), and an LL.B. from the Democritus University of Thrace (2016).
